
The manufacturing principles are unchanged from our traditional range with tunnel at 90 °.
The novelty lies in the layout of the machine: the shrink tunnel, instead of being placed at 90 ° from the product feeding direction, is in line.
Hence, the flow of the product is in line, from right to left.
Therefore, the packaging machine can be placed against a wall, thus sparing room.
The welding arm is automatic and electromechanical, therefore it does not require compressed air.
There are three sealing arm controls on the machine: buttons, pedal and timer.
Although it is a usual Pactur packaging machine, robust, reliable and with attention to details, the Mod. 45 / A2 LINE and 65/A2 LINE have been conceived with a cost saving view, so that their prices are extremely competitive on the market.
Available in sizes 45 (sealing dimensions 450 x 340 mm) and 65 (630 x 450 mm).
Semiautomatic in line shrink wrapping machines equipped with two Teflon mesh conveyor belts, with independent control: the first belt automatically transports the product to the second belt, after sealing;
the second belt runs inside the shrink tunnel. In this way, the welding and heat-shrinking operations are independent and the machine productivity is increased: as soon as a product is sealed, it is transferred to the second belt and the operator can immediately load the next product.
Possible use of the machine as a sealer only, without heat-shrinking, with switched off heaters.
Usable shrink films: PO, PE and PVC, without any modification of the sealer.
The Semiautomatic in line shrink wrapping machines are grey in color, which distinguishes them from the blue color of the traditional Pactur range with tunnel perpendicular to the product flow direction.

- Increased height of the tunnel hood for the passage of products taller than 150 mm.
- Raised platform, placed under the conveyor belt in the sealing area, to elevate the support level for very low products.
- Metal roller fixed between the first and second conveyor belts, for the passage of short or irregular products (available only on models with two belts).
- Motorized film unwinding unit, to assist the operator in manually unwinding the film (recommended option for the model 80; standard equipment for the model 110).
